What hours does the support desk operate?
Support desk opening times
Support is provided 09:00 – 17:00 (Local UK Time), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England (“Working Hours”).
For an issue raised outside opening hours the issue will be dealt with at the start of the next working day; in which case details of the problem will be logged into the system at 09:00 (Local UK Time) the next working day.
SupplyVue also operates a Office Close period for all staff in the week between Christmas and New Year.
